The first step to making a booking with Wild Ivory Mobile Bar, is for you to reach out to us and let us know about your event! Wether you are in need of a wedding bar, or a portable bar for your party or event, Wild Ivory can help.
You can submit an enquiry through the contact us page of this website, or by emailing us at info@wildivorymobilebar.com.au.
We can then chat about your vision for your event and how we can help you achieve it.
Based on what you are looking for, we will ask some questions to get all of the information we need to put together your Mobile Bar quote and package. Then we will let you know all the information such as price, inclusions, and details for you to review.
Once you have decided to proceed with your booking we will send over an invoice and booking confirmation contract.
We then get you to sign your booking confirmation contract, and pay a 30% deposit to lock in your date and secure your booking.
Once this has been done, your booking and date will be locked in and confirmed, and you will have successfully booked Wild Ivory Mobile Bar for your special event!
Roughly around 30 days prior to your event (or less if you book closer to your date) we will get in touch with you and send you an event questionnaire that will allow us to confirm all of the finer details of your booking. This is also when the remaining amount of your booking cost is due to be paid.
We find that confirming all of these details around a month or so out of the event is best as a lot can still be up in the air prior to that. The event questionnaire is a great opportunity to finalise all mobile bar details, align expectations, and is a great chance for you to ask us any questions that you may have.
The questionnaire will allow us to confirm all of the details, such as parking location for our mobile trailer bar, service start & finish time, cocktail choices if you have added the cocktail package, lawn game choices if you have added the lawn game package, any styling preferences/needs, any custom bar menu signage etc etc.
We can go over these details either via email, in person, on the phone, at a site visit, or whatever way suits you best!
On the day of your event, we show up 1-1.5 hours prior to our service start time (unless alternate arrangements have been organised prior).
We use this time to set up our bar, our area, get your drinks into our fridges, and get ready to serve you and your guests!
After our service time is completed, we then go around collecting our glassware, and cleaning up any bottles, cans, glasses, etc. We also provide rubbish removal of all bar related rubbish so that you don’t need to worry about that while enjoying your event!
